If you are not completely satisfied with your sound experience, we offer a 30-day return policy for most electronic items in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and the RMA slip.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
